It packages a first-run Site Setup Wizard, seven content web parts, and a shared branding system into a single app you add to a SharePoint Online site — so you get a modern, fully-styled homepage in minutes instead of building one page and web part at a time.

It's built for two audiences: business/content owners who want to configure branding and manage day-to-day content (news, links, FAQs, events), and IT admins who deploy the app, grant permissions, and keep it running.
